Beginning July 15^th, 2008, electronic registrations for current compliant FYSA affiliates will be accepted. Once the 2008-2009 affiliation form has been processed by the office, affiliates will be able to electronically upload players and returning coaches.

 

For returning coaches and all players, affiliates must maintain FYSA registration forms (or a form approved by FYSA) for 2 years. When requested, these forms must be provided to FYSA within two (2) business days.

 

For players that do not appear on rosters following the processing of the upload, please perform a “Player look up” before contacting the office. It is possible that those players are already active and cannot be registered via an upload, and must be transferred.

 

Returning coaches to the same affiliate will be registered immediately to the club’s 000 team, and passes will be immediately available for printing. These registered coaches can be rostered to individual teams via the online COS function, “Add coach to additional team.” There is no charge for adding coaches to additional teams.

 

New coaches to an affiliate can be registered by submitting a .csv file suitable for uploading as an attachment to newcoaches@fysa.com. Along with the coaches file there must be an attachment with scanned copies of the coach’s registration forms in a .pdf format. Only those coaches with complete documentation will be processed. Affiliates can also forward to the office the original forms for processing. This will delay processing until the forms are received.

 

Player contracts or registrations for returning players will be effective on or after July 1^st. Contracts or registrations for all new players shall have an effective date of July 15^th.
