Registration Update

As of July 9, 2008, FYSA has registered 107,157 players and 15,638 coaches.  We have a few suggestions that will assist you with questions and birth verification.  Please send all birth verification documents to bc@fysa.com.  That e-mail address is checked regularly during the day by appropriate personnel.  E-mails sent to individuals may not be seen in a timely manner if the recipient is not in the office.  Also, please do not send e-mails to multiple staff regarding questions or requests.  It is possible for everyone to think that someone else has answered the question, and no one sends an answer.  General registration questions can be sent to registrar@fysa.com, and the appropriate person will answer.

In the secure section of the FYSA website, we have added some new features that will help our affiliates.  Members with registrar and above access (this includes DC, ADC, and EC members) can access the returned card list, which lists unprocessed documents or online transactions.  The FYSA office receives many requests wondering why a transaction has not been processed.  Many times, these transactions could not be processed due to missing info or the players are currently registered with other clubs.  A quick look at this list may answer many questions.

Also posted in the secure site is an updated suspension list that is viewable to those with registrar access and above.  This lists all coach and player suspensions, as well as known duplicate pass numbers for coaches and players that cannot be used.  This can be a valuable resource when trying to determine why a player or coach’s registration has been rejected.
