FYSA is pleased to once again partner with the Florida Sports Foundation and Sunshine State Games to bring the Soccer Academy Festival to Florida.
The Academy Soccer Festival features age-appropriate competition for approximately 300 boys and girls ages 8 to 10. This program features different formats of play and teams were invited by FYSA for the 2nd Annual Festival. FYSA hopes to expand future events to more sites across the state.
This year’s events were held May 9th at Shane Kelly Park in Oviedo and Central Park in Plantation.
Teams attending the Oviedo event included teams from Space Coast United, Central Florida United, New Tampa, and Florida Soccer Alliance.
Teams attending the Plantation event included teams from Plantation, Palm Beach United, Parkland, and Boca.
